Homemade Pizza in Half and Hour!
1 cup warm water
2 T. oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 ½ cups flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix sugar, salt and flour together with yeast
water and oil and stir until ball forms.
Add a little flour so it is not sticky when you work with it. Let rest 5 minutes. Spread onto a large oiled cookie sheet.
TOPPINGS:
Cheese (2 cups)
Spaghetti or pizza sauce
Your choice of pizza toppings
Spread generous amounts of sauce over unbaked dough. Add your choice of toppings:
Browned ground
beef, pepperoni, ham, sauteed veggies….
Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some oregano and garlic salt on top
for flavor.
Bake at 375 for 15-20
minutes. Broil for last 5 minutes if you
like the cheese crispy.
This dough can also be used to make a stromboli! Just rollout into a rectangle and spread salami, pepperoni and cheese down the center and fold sides into the center. Pinch the seam together. Flip over. Cut about 5 slits in the top of the dough to vent. Bake until slightly brown.

A nice, quick way to get pizza ready - great, too, if you have hungry kids. I did a post on pizza too. Still easy, but it does take longer (rise time for the dough). Mine entry is under Into the Kitchen.
