Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups flour (I use all whole wheat)
4 T. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups buttermilk (or 2 cups milk with 1 to 2 T. lemon
juice)
2 T. oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together lightly.
Bake on hot skillet until you see bubbles forming.
Flip and bake the other side.
Serve with butter and syrup!
