Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
6 slices bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. sausage, chicken or ground beef (cooked)
1 1/2 cup cheese
What you need to do:
Grease a 9 x 13" pan. Spread cubed bread pieces on the bottom of the pan.
They don't have to be pretty - don't line them up or anything - just toss them into the bottom of the pan and spread evenly.
Mix together eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over bread cubes.
Add meat and 1 1/2 cup cheese on top of egg/bread mixture.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
