Hot Chocolate Mix

It is bitter cold at my house today! So cold that the bus was delayed due to cold related mechanical issues! One of our favorite things to do during this type of weather is to stir up a big batch of Hot Cocoa mix and sip a cup together to warm up after spending time outside.

I hope you enjoy this simple recipe! 

Hot Chocolate Mix

1 box (25.6 oz.) or 6 2/3 cup dry milk

1 lb. box Nestle Quik  (2 1/2 cup)

1 - 11 oz. jar coffee mate creamer (2 1/2 cup)

1 lb. powdered sugar (3 1/2 cup)

Add between 1/3 to 1/2 cup dry mix to 1 cup of hot water.

Stay warm!
